Perspective Optometry's Warranty on Lenses and Frames


Your eyes take time to adjust to new lenses


Your eyes may take time to adjust to your new lenses (especially if your prescription has changed), but if you're still not satisfied, that’s not a problem. Simply bring your new glasses or contacts back to us within 30 days of purchase and we'll be happy to replace them.


Below are the full details on Perspective Optometry's eyewear warranty policy.


Warranty on Lenses and Coatings


A 2-year warranty applies on regular priced lenses and covers any defects in material and workmanship on anti-reflection and scratch coatings. This warranty includews prescription sunglasses.


Warranty on Kids' Value Package and Discretionary Sale Products


We offer a 1-year warranty on all adult and kids’ value packages and discretionary sale products as well as non-prescription sunglasses covering any defects in materials and workmanship on anti-reflection and scratch coatings.


Warranty on Frames


We offer a 1- to 2-year warranty on regular priced frames covering any defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty varies by manufactuerer and includes presecription sunglasses.


Kids (12 and under)


For children 12 years of age and under, we offer a one-time only unconditional replacement on Value Package frames and lenses for 1 year (must be the same prescription).


Effective Date of Warranty


All of our warranties take effect 2 years from original purchase date. The above warranties do not cover negligent damage or abuse inflicted on the frame and lenses, including damage caused by excessive heat, normal wear and tear, and non-warranty breakage.
